I’m an Experience Designer based in London, currently leading design within JPMorgan Chase’s innovation accelerator.
I’ve spent over a decade working across product, brand, and systems—often sitting at the intersection where digital experiences meet visual identity and interaction design.
I started out in graphic design, with a focus on branding and typography, but over time I shifted towards product and system-level thinking. That mix still defines my work today: I care about detail and craft, but I also think in terms of scale, team workflows, and the bigger picture.
At Chase, I helped design and launch the UK app—working on everything from the UI and cards to building the visual design system. Later, I led the firmwide accelerator design system, scaling it to be used across multiple brands and platforms. These days, I’m leading design for a team focused on early-stage product development, contributing to the craft, setting the direction and supporting designers across the different workstreams.
Before that, I was at IBM, where I worked on everything from cloud platforms to AI tooling—designing systems that helped people build, automate and train complex technology. I learned a lot about designing at scale, collaborating across disciplines, and balancing usability with technical constraints.

My approach
For me, good design is clear, inclusive, and built to last. I try to create things that feel effortless to use, even when what’s behind the scenes is complex. I’m big on accessibility and consistency, and I care a lot about making things feel considered—whether that’s a UI detail, a team process, or a wider design system. I don’t believe design should happen in isolation. The best work comes from strong collaboration, shared ownership, and an honest, open approach to feedback. I’ve led teams, shaped systems, worked on high-stakes launches, and spent plenty of time in the weeds too—whether that’s refining a flow, building out a Figma file, or QAing a build with engineers. I’ve worked across enterprise tools, financial services, AI, and consumer products, and I’m used to adapting my approach depending on the context. But the goal is always the same: design that’s useful, trustworthy, and feels right for the people using it.Beyond the day job
Outside of work, I like exploring how new tech might shape how we design—whether that’s motion, AI, or tools that help teams work better together. I also enjoy mentoring, and I try to make space for sharing what I’ve learned along the way.
